Honda HS622 Snow Blower – Full Tune Up Aurora CO
Oil Change
In today’s video, we’re going to be servicing a Honda HS622 Snow Blower, it has a 6hp Honda engine (GCAAK – 1607128) mounted on a 22″ snow blower housing.
Our customer said he tried to start it, and that it would not run.
I show you how to remove the carburetor, then how to properly disassemble it for cleaning.
We drain the old fuel from the fuel tank, and inspect the condition of the fuel filter inside of it.
I then show you how to properly drain the oil, and fill it with the correct amount for this model (600ml 5w30).
We then reassemble the carb, and install it back onto the machine.
Once everything is back together, we put in some fresh fuel with some K100 S+ fuel additive (To keep the water out!) and fire it up!
