    Once again i see the fake review people are on Amazon giving poor reviews of a great product. I have bought two of these now and BOTH are excellent. No issues with any of them. Bought one for me and loved it sooooo much i bought one for my daughter too. Easy assembly out of the box. I charged the battery and added oil and it has run great now for a year with NO ISSUES. Odd how it has a 2 star review on here and a 4 star on other sites……………..tells you something!

    I don’t typically write reviews but my experience with Toro was just horrible and felt compelled. I bought this Toro 20334 mower less than a year ago (May 2015) and already it has problems (April, 2016). As I attempted to cut the lawn for the first time this season, it stopped propelling and I couldn’t finish the chore. I called Toro on 4-25 and spoke with Amanda in their customer support and she suggested that I take to mower to the authorized service dealer she suggested which I did. After inspecting the machine, the dealer thought I should call Toro back to seek repair reimbursement because the drive belt had disintegrated and therefore needed to be replaced and the drive cleaned. The authorized dealer thought that because the machine was less than a year old that Toro should cover at least part of the expenses.I called Toro back and talked to Charlotte who said she would ship me a new drive belt and gave me a case# and said that the District Service Manager, John, would call me in 24-48 hours with a status on the repairs after he talked with the service dealer. 5 days later, I had not heard from anyone so I had to call Toro back (April 30) and spoke to Danielle in support and referenced the case #. She had no clue what was going on with the machine and because it was Saturday the District Manager, John, was not in the office and so Danielle tells me that “you have to wait until he is in next” Now my grass looks like a jungle and I can’t get an answer from Toro. No notes in the case and no call from their district manager. I asked to talk to the manager on call that day and got the support dept manager Greg on the phone.Greg was not appreciating the situation. He was cavalier about the service and since there were no notes from the District Service Manager, John on the case, he says “If you need an answer on the status of your machine, you’ll need to call the dealer yourself”. I told him that the dealer had only a few minutes ago directed me to call Toro. He was passing the buck. He then says that he didn’t have time to follow-up on the case and because it was Saturday, I would need to wait until Monday to have someone call me. He was not only of little help but very rude to boot. But at least I would get a call on Monday and resolve this.It was Wednesday of that week when I had to call back because no one bothered to follow-up. I spoke to Daniel in support this time. Friendly guy but no info in the case notes from John the district service manager or from Greg the customer support manager. After being put on hold for 15 minutes Daniel returns to say that Greg and John spoke and that nothing is covered under the warranty. I would need to call the service dealer to figure out what the status was on my machine. I ask about the belt that Charlotte told me I was supposed to receive and guess what, there are no notes about it in the case so he will need to follow up and I should get a call as soon as he has an answer. I am not holding my breath.I have never owned a Toro. This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a company like this. The machine is expensive and now, I will have to pay an additional $100 to get it to do what I payed almost $500 less than a year ago to do; mow my lawn. Buyer beware! Toro does not stand by its product, its customers or its promise. If I hear back from them, I will circle back and update this review.
