Replacement parts for my OLD CCR325. I purchase new paddles and scraper every couple years as routine maintenance. This kit also includes the belt which should also be replaced every 3-4 years. While you’re doing this maintenance, I strongly suggest you look at the rubber primer. I found hairline open cracks and splits on the underside., not clearly visible on random inspection. I wondered why, when I would prime it, it didn’t seem to firm up and push fuel…. I was pushing in more air than gas. My CCR325 was purchased in 1996………so after almost 20 winters, it needed replacing, as did the electric starter module…..both were just a few bucks but my baby is good to go for another 20 years, I hope.

Installation was very easy once I figured out where the tension pulley’s spring was supposed to go after it flung itself across the garage (someone had done a “field modification”). Previous owner never replaced the paddles and they were worn down to the metal brackets. Pretty sure it will actually pick up snow this winter!

Perfect fix to my old but still chugging along snow thrower. Get the kit. Didn’t even really think about the belt, I was planning to purchase just the blades but thought for the price, why not just get the kit. Well once I started taking things apart it was obvious that it was pretty close to time to replace that belt as well. Makes sense if the unit is old enough to have worn out blades the belt would be n rough shape too.
