So far so good. Did an outstanding job on my driveway. I did not want to remove the grass in the cracks by hand, so I used the strongest spray nozzle and it removed the grass fairly easy. I did have a little issue, but it was my own fault. I was pressure washing my driveway when the hose sprung a leak. The leak was because the hose touched a hot surface on pressure washer, most likely the carburetor, and it burned a hole in the hose. However, I put WEN’s customer service to the test. They passed with flying colors. They sent me a replacement hose the next day. I would definitely buy from Wen in the future.

When I opened the box I found oil in the box. Didn’t think much of it, thought they probably tested it and didn’t drain the reservoir. Looked over the parts and they did appear to be all there.Didn’t get to putting it together as we have been home in quarentin and needed gas and oil. Finally I did start. They hose had pipe dope on them and difficult to hook up. I am missing 2 nuts and a bolt. Normally not a big deal but not these. `Bottom line I bought a used machine and very disappointed overall. Recommend you look elsewhere if you want new

I just got this pressure washer today – it was easy to assemble, with a couple of caveats. The rubber “foot” that you’re supposed to mount on the frame did not come with the required nut, and the threads on the foot were totally messed up as well. I’m a mechanic so I was able to fix the threads and find a correct nut in my stash, but someone without my advantages would have been out of luck trying to mount the foot. The instructions were slightly confusing as well, because they seem to have been written for an earlier version of the unit. The parts list showed some things that were not in the kit, and if you had no mechanical ability you might not have seen that the parts listed were not needed with this version. As well, the high pressure hose is pretty stiff and unyielding at first, but seems to have relaxed after a short time of use. All in all, pretty minor details though. On the positive side, the unit arrived on time and undamaged and was easy for me to assemble. It seems well constructed and sturdy as well. After adding the required oil and fuel, it started on the first pull! It puts out one heck of a blast of water and cleaned my exposed aggregate entry path in a matter of minutes. Far more powerful than the 2200 psi washer that it replaced. It is easy to start and easy to use with a comfortable wand and does a job that rivals a commercial unit. So far I am happy with it and would have given it 5 stars if not for the details I mentioned above. If it lasts like I think it will, it’s well worth the money.
